Label & Track is the latest product solution from Walker Datavision. An automated manufacturing and logistics production labelling, recording and tracking solution, Label and Track has been designed with efficiency, accuracy and ease of use in mind!
The solution allows customers to load production order information from their ERP/financial system at the start of a production run, label trade units and pallets automatically as goods are packaged and palletized at the end of the production line and to manage the passage of these trade units and pallets as they move along the production line. Pallets and trade units are traced to finished goods through the warehouse to picking, shipment and dispatch of a sales order. Pallets are then traced down the supply chain.
All ERP transactions, namely work order completions and sales order reservations, automatically update the ERP system.
The solution allows customers to network and drive all hardware devices needed to perform pack line labelling and tracking, namely fixed mount scanners, label print and apply units, label printers, handheld RF devices, weigh scales, rugged terminals, PC's and the like. Most well known hardware device brands are catered for including Intermec, Symbol, Cisco, Datamax, Zebra, SICK, Matthews, Insignia and Tronics.
